After months of work, planning, and joint efforts, today we share with our community news that fills us with enthusiasm: the installation process of the sargassum barrier in Puerto Aventuras has begun!
As we have been informing through our communications, this important project has come a long way. From its planning and approval, through technical studies, paperwork, permits, manufacturing, and transportation of the equipment, each stage has represented an effort of coordination, commitment, and perseverance.
After the arrival of the barrier in Puerto, we remained attentive to the weather conditions, waiting for the right moment to start the work safely and responsibly.
Today, thanks to the fact that the weather conditions have finally allowed it, we are starting this new and much-anticipated phase.

The installation will be carried out progressively, following the established technical procedures and considering at all times the sea conditions and the safety of the operations.
This project, which includes the protection of strategic areas such as Bahía Fátima, the Yacht Club, and Laguna Kantenah, represents much more than an infrastructure project. It is the result of a shared vision and the decision of our community to work for the conservation of our environment, the protection of our beaches, and the future of Puerto Aventuras.
We want to especially thank all the owners who have contributed and trusted in this project, as well as those who have participated in the different stages of its development. Your commitment has been fundamental in turning an initiative into a reality that today begins to take shape in our waters.
