In order to strengthen security within our community, we inform you that it is mandatory to register all golf carts with the Homeowners Association.
This registration is essential to identify vehicles, prevent incidents, and act more efficiently in any situation.

Crystal Office
🕘 Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
⏳ Deadline:
From the date of this notice, there will be a period of 3 months to complete the registration.
⚠️ Important:
Once this deadline has passed, the Security team will begin implementing the corresponding measures, which may include:
- Administrative sanctions.
- Immobilization of unregistered golf carts.
Motorized vehicles
We also remind owners of motorized vehicles (cars, motorcycles, ATVs, and similar) that it is important to complete or update their property registration at the Crystal Office.
Additionally, those who have changed their plates as a result of the State of Quintana Roo's re-plate program are requested to update this information in our records. This process can be done by submitting a help ticket through colonos.org attaching an image of the new plate and your PA Passport.
