We invite you to a community information session in whichAndrew James Devlyn, Treasurer of Puerto Aventuras, will present and explain the key topics proposed for 2026. The goal is for all neighbors to have clear and complete information before the vote.

Location (in-person): Nomads meeting room (above Oxxo).
Hybrid event with in-person attendance and online conference (webinar) for those who cannot attend in person.Register for the webinar here  

During the presentation we will review:

  1. Proposed Budget 2026: operational priorities, key assumptions, and how resources are allocated.
  2. Extraordinary Projects: scope, justification, estimated costs, and benefits to the community.
  3. Electronic Voting(without replacing in-person voting): how it will work, security and verification measures, and what is sought to improve in participation and transparency.

At the end there will be a question and answer session to clarify doubts and receive comments in an orderly and respectful manner.
