This figure is key to coordinating security, maintenance, finances, and attention to each of us, so we want to share with you, with total clarity, how this important decision will be made.
Selection Process
WHY A FORMAL PROCESS
In a development the size and diversity of Puerto Aventuras —thousands of families from different nationalities, residential, commercial, and hotel owners— the person who leads our operation must meet an exceptional profile. Therefore, instead of an informal appointment, we have designed an institutional, meritocratic, and staged selection process that ensures the choice is based on proven capabilities and not on other factors.
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a professional with solid training, proven experience managing large-scale residential or tourist complexes, proficiency in Spanish and business English, and an exceptional ability for financial management, security management, and, above all, harmonious mediation among all sectors of our community.
THE STAGES OF THE PROCESS
Review of applications. Carefully analyzing all received files to form an initial list of the most competitive profiles.
Technical and language interview. A first conversation, partially in English, to validate background and key knowledge.
Psychometric and integrity assessments. Executive-level tests that evaluate leadership, pressure management, and, mandatorily, honesty and ethics, given the responsibility over common funds.
Practical case. The finalists will solve a real scenario from our community to demonstrate their operational and strategic judgment.
Panel before the Board of Directors. Final presentation and interview before the collegiate body.
Reference verification and formal offer. Background check before extending the hiring proposal.
