The Puerto Aventuras Settlers Association is pleased to inform the entire community that, after an evaluation and selection process, the paving project has been awarded to the company La Roca Azul Constructora S.A. de C.V., headed by Engineer Roberto Benito, a member of our own community.
This important project includes a first stage of work on 600 m², with an investment of $1,322,400 pesos. The estimated duration of the work is 50 days and, shortly, the official start date will be confirmed.
🏗️ Transparent evaluation process
To guarantee the quality and seriousness of this project, the selected proposal was evaluated along with two other options, in a process that lasted a month.
The review and analysis were carried out by the Association's Board of Directors, the Director General and the Supervisory Committee, who took into account technical, financial and proven experience aspects.
📍 Work area
The first stage will be developed in a priority section for the improvement of the internal roads of Puerto Aventuras.

The Secretariat of Infrastructure and Public Works of the Government of Playa del Carmen has issued the official authorization for the execution of the paving project in Puerto Aventuras. This step allows the project to move forward with the start of construction on October 23, according to the established plan and in coordination with the contracted company. We will continue to share progress updates through this space.
