The Residents Portal of Colonos.org allows you to securely access your documents online — such as invoices, maintenance fees, payment methods, projects, support tickets, blog posts with comments, and resident-only events. 

This guide explains how to activate your access to the portal and how to log in for the first time.


How Do You Receive Access to the Portal?


Access to the portalis not created manually by the resident. Instead, Colonos shares an invitation email to the portal.

You will receive an email with a link to activate your account.


📩 Did you not receive the invitation email?

If you can't find the email (not even in spam), you can submit a support ticket by writing to help@puerto-aventuras.odoo.com and the team will help you create or resend your access to the portal.


Step 1: Open the Invitation Email to the Portal

Look for an email with a subject similar to “Your access to the Odoo portal” or "Your account in ASSOCIATION OF PROPERTY OWNERS AND TRUSTEES OF PUERTO AVENTURAS"

Inside the email, click on the buttonAccess the portal.


Step 2: Create Your Password

If this is your first time accessing the portal:
  1. Click on the link in the email
  2. You will be redirected to a secure page
  3. Enter a new password
  4. Confirm the password

This password will be used for all your future accesses to the portal.


Step 3: Log In to the Portal

After creating your password:

  1. Go to the portal login page (https://www.colonos.org/web/login)
  2. Enter:
  3. Email (the same one where you received the invitation)
  4. Password
  5. Click on Log in

You now have access to your portal dashboard! 🎉


Forgot your Password?

Don't worry.
  1. Go to the portal login page
  2. Click on Forgot your password?
  3. Enter your email
  4. Follow the recovery link you will receive by email


Frequently Asked Questions

No. Access to the portal is free for owners, residents, businesses, and vendors. 

The portal email must match the one Colonos registered you with.


If you need to change it, send us an email at help@puerto-aventuras.odoo.com .

Check your spam or junk folder

Contact the company and request that they resend the portal invitation
